The Mountaineer Parents Club is an organization designed to foster success by connecting parents and family members to the West Virginia University student experience. The Club has over 20,000 members from local clubs throughout the country and is free to parents of current and future WVU students. Buses Schedule for 2022-2023 Academic Year

The Southern New Jersey Mountaineer Parents Club will be using Starr College Break Bus services during WVU’s long weekends (October) and breaks (Thanksgiving, Winter, and Spring Break) for the upcoming academic year. Their will be two pick-up locations at WVU and drop-off locations in Delaware (Newark), Maryland (Hagerstown), New Jersey (Bridgewater, Cherry Hill, Hamilton, Secaucus & Wall Twp.) and Pennsylvania (Allentown, Carlisle, King of Prussia & Yardley).  These will be the same pickup and drop off location on the return trip back to WVU.

The two WVU locations are Stalnaker Hall (Maiden Lane) located on the Downtown campus and Lincoln Hall (Rawley Ave) located on the Evansdale campus.  The Delaware location is the I-95 Rest Stop (Newark, DE) and the five (5) NJ locations are at the Somerset Hills Shopping Center (766 US-206 at intersection of Route 202 & Washington Valley Road) in Bridgewater Twp.; the PATCO Woodcrest Station (Just off Exit 31 of I-295) in Cherry Hill, NJ; the NJ Transit / Amtrak Hamilton Train Station (800 Sloan Avenue - Exit 65B off I-295) in Hamilton, NJ; the Walmart Supercenter (400 Park Plaza Drive) in Secaucus and the Garden State Parkway Monmouth Rest Stop at MP 100 in Wall, NJ.  The other locations in Maryland and Pennsylvania can be found on Starr's College Break Bus website

Refunds policies will vary for the buses and can be found on the College Break Bus website.  Please do not book the bus to hold a spot while other transportation means are being sought.

Fall Break Weekend (3-day weekend - University Housing opened during this weekend)

  • WVU to DE/NJ on 10/6/2022 (Thursday) (No classes on Friday)
  • NJ/DE to WVU on 10/9/2022 (Sunday)
