Spring Break Bus (Week Long)

The Spring Break bus will leave WVU on Friday, 3/11/2022 on the last day of classes and will return to WVU on Sunday, 3/20/2022.  There are no classes from Saturday (3/12/2022) through Sunday (3/20/2022) and classes resume on Monday 3/21/2022. The dorms will be closed during this break and student will need to leave the dorms by 7pm Friday, 3/11/2022 and cannot return until noon on Sunday, 3/20/2022.

To register for the bus the student must read the Assumption of the Risk and Waiver of Liability Relating to Coronavirus/COVID-19 clause on the form and agree to it without exception by clicking the acceptance button prior to being able to complete the registration form.

Cost: $125 (One-way to Home or One-way to WVU) or $195 (Round Trip)

No refunds will be processed for cancellations received after February 14, 2022.

We anticipate this bus will sell out so, you may want to consider registering early provided the bus schedule works with your student’s class schedule.

Other important information:

  1. There is no ticket needed because the bus drive will have the list of name of students riding the bus. Please be sure to check-in with the driver.
  2. Please be on-time, because there are other buses leaving WVU and we only have a certain window we can be stopped to pick up students.
  3. The Bus company name is “STARR” and the name is clearly marked on the bus.
  4. No smoking or alcohol is permitted on the bus.
  5. The bus may stop for a rest room break but not necessarily for food, so we recommend students bring a snack and drink. Note there is a toilet on the bus.
  6. Luggage is limited to one (1) carry-on & one (1) large or two (2) small suitcase per rider. Note musical instruments for band members are permitted in addition to luggage noted above.
  7. Bus is equipped with Wi-Fi and there are instructions on the bus on how to connect.
  8. Please notify us of any plan changes, so the bus isn’t delayed trying to track down students.

  3. An automated confirmation email will be sent immediately after the payment processes.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Catching the bus is not an excusable reason to miss a class. Before booking either of these buses, please check your student’s schedule and make sure they do not have a class or can miss the class with no academic implication.
